How do I place an order?

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We can ship our products to almost every country and all products can enjoy Free Shipping Worldwide.
What shipping method is used?
We Aooty use DHL/UPS for most deliveries
Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery. For any such case, our customer care department will make immediate contact to assist you.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 working day. Us Delivery will generally take 3 to 7 working days, depending on location. In other regions except for the USA, the delivery time is 3-20 days, depending on location. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account.
We are so sorry that shipping delays have been affected during the epidemic. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue. Please give us some more time.
I am unable to place an order. What can I do?
Please try the following if you are unable to place an order:
• Try the payment process again to see if it goes through.
• Place an order using a computer instead of a smartphone/tablet.
• Try Mozilla Firefox as our website tends to work best with this internet browser.
• If your payment is still not successful, please contact our Help Desk and provide us with a screenshot.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
An order can be canceled or adjusted within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service department. After 2 hours, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order. Any unwanted items can be returned. For product return instructions, please visit our "Return Policy" page. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit for the product price or processing fees will be issued to your account in approximately 1 week.
How can I track my order?
Your account will show that your order is“completed” once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the shipping company.
How much sales tax will I need to pay?
Prices on aooty.com include VAT for all deliveries to the USA and EU countries. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as required by each country’s regulations.
Will I have to pay any custom or duty fees on my order?
Please be aware that orders made outside the EU, Australia or the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As aooty has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
What payment methods can I use?
You may pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, debit card, and Paypal. Currently, we are unable to accept payment by check. At this time, you may only use one credit card per order. Once your order ships, the charge will appear on your payment method. There may be multiple charges if your order is sent in many different shipments. All Aooty.com® orders prices will be displayed and charged in U.S Dollars, USD.
Are credit card purchases safe on Aooty.com®?
Yes, your credit card purchases are safe on Aooty.com®. We use secure servers and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data. Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
